It’s 2019. Independently published video games are saturating the market, and knowing how to code is a typical resume item. Tech is accessible and information circulates freely, for better or worse. Having access to whatever you want, whenever you want it has a learning curve. We still don’t know how to reckon with the mass of harmonious and discordant voices that is the internet. Machine learning and artificial intelligence are making their debut in the public space, and what that means for the future of design is only starting to reveal itself.
